By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service (ToS). I will therefore work under the assumption that you have thoroughly read them – I will not assume any responsibility for any misreading or lack of reading of my ToS.

I can and will refuse any commission if I do not feel comfortable or if it violates any conditions within my ToS.

Every commission is for personal use only. No commercialization of commissioned art shall be done in any shape or form.

I strictly forbid my artwork to be turned into an NFT (non-fungible token) or used to train AI (artificial intelligence) softwares.

No refunds, except under certain conditions (please refer to the ‘payment information’ section); however, partial refunds (50%) can be made during the sketch phase of the commission if I accept it; also accepted if I don’t finish the work in time (full refund if still in sketch phase and partial refund if still rendering).

References are always needed. They should be sent through Google Forms (preferably in a Google Drive folder or sent to me through Instagram).

Any doubts regarding commissions shall be directed to my e-mail ([email protected]) or Instagram Direct Messages (@sarovskys).

I will update the commission's progress in my Trello and through private messages along with images.

Tips are not mandatory, but are very much appreciated :)

The accepted methods of payment are: MB Way (Portugal only) and PayPal (‘family and friends’).

In case of payments through MB Way: please contact me through e-mail or Instagram DM so I can provide you the payment information.

In case of payments through PayPal: always pay with the ‘friends and family’ option. When entering a description for the payment, please avoid using keywords such as “commission” and/or “work” (it’s preferable to write something like “digital illustration”, for example).

Payment is upfront; I can however accept payments in two installments if it is discussed with me beforehand.

Payment should be in EUR; please convert before sending the payment. I do not accept payments in other currencies.

Refunds can be made in full if: after two or more months, I have not yet started working on your commission, unless I state beforehand that I will only be able to start working on your commission after a certain period of time and you agree to it (e.g.: if you commission me in January and I tell you I will be only able to work on it in March, and you agree, you are not eligible for a refund).

Refunds can be made partially if: during the sketch phase, after three corrections, you are not satisfied with my work and therefore I cannot proceed to the next phase of the drawing (lineart or coloring), the money will be sent back in half, as I had already got some work done and spent time in your commission.

In case of a refund, I will send the money back to the payment information provided to me in the Google Forms.

Any attempts of chargeback will be considered bad faith on the client’s side and will make them lose all the rights to the commission, and any work in progress will be ceased.

Provided payment information is only used during the commission process and will not be shared anywhere else. After the commission is done, I will proceed to discard the information.

All drawings will have a solid color background with or without a pattern, according to the commissioner’s instructions.

My estimated time of production is between 1 week and 2 months. I may take longer due to work, school or other personal matters, but I will always keep you updated in case anything happens.

If you need to set a deadline, please talk to me before paying so we can arrange the details. The deadline should not be shorter than 7 days after the payment.

NSFW commissions can only be asked by 18+ clients. By asking me for a NSFW commission, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age. I can refuse a commission of this type if I know that you are underage. If you are underage and I have no possibility of confirming this fact, it is not my responsibility.
